Brittani R. Hassen is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her degree in legal studies. She is a 2010 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law.
She is currently admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves as the Chair of the Comeback Award Dinner, the organization’s signature event. Brittani is a fellow in the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an invitation-only group of the Bar’s most experienced and proficient litigators.
Brittani has been selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star/Super Lawyer for the past 6 years. Only attorneys that have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement are selected as Super Lawyers. She was also recognized by Best of the Bar, a national publication, for having one of the top 100 jury verdicts in Pennsylvania in the year 2018.
Brittani is proud to represent Plaintiffs in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and product liability.
Brittani is an advocate for animal rights, donates to charitable foundations that operate animal rescues and shelters, and is an ASPCA Guardian. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Brittani resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband, Ryan, and adopted dog, Zeppelin.
