Taylor Martucci is a 2019 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, where she earned a B.A. in English and minors in French and Professional Writing. In 2022, she received her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law.
While attending Duquesne Law, Taylor devoted her free time to serving as the president of the Health Law Society and Duquesne Italian-American Law Society, a mentor for the Academic Excellence Program, pro-bono chair of the Public Interest Law Association, a student volunteer of Christian Legal Aid, and student manager of the Urban Development Practicum. In addition, Taylor also completed the Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Core/Applied Competencies.
Taylor is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Her legal experience covers a number of different areas, including
personal injury,
premises liability,
medical malpractice, health care law,
civil rights actions, municipal law, and immigration. In her free time, Taylor enjoys exercising, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and serving as an advisor to local Delta Gamma Fraternity chapters.
